Paisley Flare

California winter can be crazy at times. One day it can be freezing cold AF and the very next day you can loaf around in a mini dress or skirt. This Monday was one of those warm winter days and I didn’t have to think twice to pick an outfit for our brunch date.

I got this blue paisley dress from Express and loved it for its gorgeous color, fun flared long sleeves, V-neck, and dark boho inspired look. Even though it was a tad bit warmer I decided to go with the season and winterized the look with a knee high boots, which by the way is truly all winter’s hottest trend in shoes. Knee-high boots have made a fashion statement of being chic, stylish, edgy, and sexy. These boots can be worn with a dress, skirt, shorts, jeans or leggings and in addition to style, they also provide some extra coverage and warmth during those cold winter days.
