Looks like collarbone is the most important feature as far as Spring/Summer ‘16 fashion is concerned. Everybody is swooning over this part whether it’s an off shoulder, single shoulder or a cold shoulder. Lately, OTS has been a bit ubiquitous and for those who wanted to spin up a new look, cold shoulders is a great option. It still allows you to show off your beautiful shoulders, which if you ask me is incredibly flattering for all women of all age groups.
