Slouchy Sweater

California coast never ceases to amaze me. Every single drive on Highway1 is absolutely breathtaking. With the deep blue Pacific on one side and the vast colorful open fields with grazing cattle on the other is an absolute treat to the eyes. It’s these kind of journeys that make you feel to wander more and more. Last Saturday was such a day, it was sunny yet chilly and we spent the whole day cruising around Highway1.

I chose to wear this oversized white turtleneck sweater from Express as it’s so dang comfy and fabulously flattering. I love it’s super soft feel, long plaited sleeves and loose fit which makes it an incredibly comfortable outfit from day to night. It’s high-side slits and asymmetrical hem helps you to take the sweater game to another level. You can tuck the front comfortably while letting the back hang loose highlighting the waistline or you can wear it like a statement sweater. The side slit sweaters are great paired with high-waisted jeans, leggings or skirts or it can be even used as a dress topper. I finished off the look with this fur suede winter boots from Guess, which apparently is one of my favorite buys for this season.
